One of my DJs was getting ready to start playing music for the ceremony at a wedding last night.
I get a call from him saying the bpm software says Error Unable to Load Realtek Audio Sound Card. He couldn't play a song through Player A or Player B. However, you could play a song through the sampler.
I tried to walk him through some troubleshooting techniques, but nothing worked. Luckily, i always create a backup CD for all the primary songs at a wedding. He was able to do the ceremony while i took another laptop up to him.
Has anyone ever had this problem before?
